Teo Academy’s mission is to meet each child where they are and provide meaningful, hands-on, activity-based, and project-based learning that connects education to real life.
We develop academic knowledge, practical life skills, communication, problem-solving abilities, confidence, character, and independence by giving children opportunities to learn through doing, exploring, creating, collaborating, and experiencing the world around them.

Our vision is for every year of a child’s education to build upon the last, adding another layer of knowledge, skills, confidence, independence, and adaptability.
We envision an educational experience that grows with each child. As children progress, they are given increasingly meaningful opportunities to apply what they have learned, take responsibility, solve problems, make decisions, work with others, and participate in the world around them.
The goal is not for every child to arrive at the same destination at the same time. The goal is continuous growth from where each child begins.
Over time, education should help each child become increasingly capable of navigating challenges, contributing to their community, advocating for themselves, developing meaningful relationships, and building a life with greater independence and purpose.
